Although Cambridge is a facility developer/owner, facilities are not our ultimate “end in mind.” Rather, they’re the tools we use to help our clients execute their strategic plans, align with physicians and provide superb service to patients.

With each new development we undertake, our proprietary methodology allows us to gain on-the-ground market intelligence and physician information and to conduct thorough financial analysis of potential clinical services and competing projects. In this way, we ensure our clients are joining the right services with the right physicians to best address community need.

In monetizing existing facilities, we bring focused attention and resources to aging “non-core,” yet vital, facility assets - all while providing capital to our clients for use in core hospital upgrades or on other improvements.
